At Dude Dad, we want you to love your gear as much as you love your kids—or at least close to it. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Visit the Returns Portal
Head over to our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to pull up your purchase history.
Select Your Items
Choose the items you wish to send back and let us know if you would prefer a different size or a full refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and tape the label to the outside of the box.
Drop It Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect the goods, we will process your refund or ship your new gear.
